Must be organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

    Candidates should bring 1–2 years of professional design experience, preferably within the music, entertainment, or branding industries.

This role is client-facing, working directly with artists, managers, and label teams to keep timelines clear, assets organized, and communication seamless. The right person is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable balancing creative collaboration with structure. You’ll play a key role in keeping creative projects running smoothly from kickoff to delivery, ensuring the process feels effortless for everyone involved.

    Candidates should bring 2–3 years of experience managing multiple clients or campaigns in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • CREATIVE INTERN • SPRING/FALL SEMESTERS

    We’re looking for a Creative Intern who’s eager to learn, quick to adapt, and passionate about the intersection of design and music. This remote role supports the Favorite Records team across visual projects—helping create album artwork, tour assets, social media content, and artist branding. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated and resourceful.

    Candidates should be college Juniors, Seniors, or Recent Graduates pursuing or holding a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
