MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

We’re looking for an in-house multimedia designer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Someone who’s passionate about design, music, and visual storytelling. This role works closely with our internal team on graphic design, motion graphics, social media content, lyric videos, visualizers, web and digital assets, and artist and label campaigns. The ideal candidate brings strong creative instincts across both static and motion graphics, with a sharp eye for composition, typography, pacing, branding, and detail. Must be organized, proactive, collaborative, and able to balance multiple deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Candidates should bring 1–2 years of professional design, animation, and/or video editing experience, preferably within the music, entertainment, or branding industries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is required, along with proficiency in industry-standard animation and editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro. Experience with Blender, color grading, web design, and 3D animation is a strong plus.

Must be highly organized, proactive, and confident working independently while meeting quick-turn deadlines.
Candidates should have a strong portfolio preferably within the music or entertainment industries.

We’re looking for a Creative Intern who’s eager to learn, quick to adapt, and passionate about the intersection of design and music. This remote role supports the Favorite Records team across visual projects, helping create album artwork, tour assets, social media content, and artist branding. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated and resourceful.
Candidates should be college Juniors, Seniors, or Recent Graduates pursuing or holding a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

This role is client-facing, working directly with artists, managers, and label teams to keep timelines clear, assets organized, and communication seamless. The right person is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable balancing creative collaboration with structure. You’ll play a key role in keeping creative projects running smoothly from kickoff to delivery, ensuring the process feels effortless for everyone involved.
Candidates should bring 2–3 years of experience managing multiple clients or campaigns in a fast-paced creative environment.

FREELANCE VIDEO EDITOR
We’re always looking for freelance video editors who thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. Someone who brings strong creative instincts to the table while maintaining a sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and detail. This role collaborates closely with our creative team on artist campaigns, lyric videos, visualizers, social content, and more. The ideal editor is comfortable managing multiple projects at once, communicates clearly, and can translate creative direction into polished, industry-ready video content. Must be highly organized, proactive, and confident working independently, all while meeting quick-turn deadlines. Must have a high level of discretion surrounding confidential information.
Candidates should have a strong portfolio, preferably within the music or entertainment industries, showcasing a range of styles and formats.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro is required. Experience with Blender, color grading tools, and basic motion graphics is a strong plus. Editors should have a reliable remote workflow, including the ability to handle large file transfers, maintain organized project files, and meet technical delivery specifications across various platforms.
